    The NEP’s matchmaking service supports your company to find the best suitable blue collar job seekers in the most cost-efficient way. All vacancies that fulfill the NEP Decent Work criteria will be registered in our IT-based matchmaking software with over 40,000 job seeker profiles. You will receive a shortlist of the  best matching job seekers’ profiles for each vacancy to boost the efficiency of your HR department.

    The NEP organizes tailor-made employment events to enhance the matchmaking services offered to your company. The employment events give your HR managers the opportunity to interview pre-selected candidates on the spot that are most suitable for your vacancies. We offer different sizes of employment events tailored to your company’s needs.

    Employment Fairs: These two-day events are dedicated entirely to blue-collar job seekers in a specific region and will be held at a public space such as a youth center or technical secondary school.

    Employment Days: A one day employment fair that aims to extend the reaching arm of companies to job seekers in the outskirts of Greater Cairo.

    Mini-fairs: Efficient smaller versions of our employment fairs take place at the employment centers to provide participating companies with the opportunity of interviewing a large pool of job seekers within a few hours only.

    The NEP offers a two-day Job Preparation Program to everyone who is interested and aged from 18 to 35 years. The aim of the program is to equip job seekers with information and exercises to successfully obtain and start a job in the formal sector. The program covers topics such as information on the Egyptian labor market, rights and responsibilities as an employee and advice for the job interview

    This is a highly practice-oriented, certified course for HR professionals, private sector HR officers and staff working in the employment sector. It is a thorough, yet accelerated 21-day training covering five modules:

    1. Labour Market, Employer and Employee
    2. Staff Appraisal, Selection. Recruitment and Professional Coaching
    3. Egyptian Labor Law
    4. The Employment Officer as a Coach
    5. The Employment Officer as a Consultant

    The training includes a two-day examination and upon passing an international HR certificate of the German Chamber for Industry and Commerce in Frankfurt/Oder.
