The National Employment Pact (NEP) was founded as a response to the demands of Egyptian youth for fair employment opportunities following the 2011 revolution.
- Launched by the Egyptian-German business community and the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce
- Supported by German Development Cooperation on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development
- Under the patronage of the German Embassy in Cairo
The NEP aims at bridging the gap between job seekers and available job opportunities in the blue-collar sector. Our target group is youth aged from 18 to 35 years with no technical training or academic degree required.
We exclusively provide job opportunities that abide by the NEP Decent Work criteria (see below).
